Dear Residents,
Please be informed that the open top container (OTC) will be arrving on site from 4th and remove on 7th February 2026 (Wednesdasy to Saturday). The OTC will be placed beside the Bin Centre.
For those moving bulky items, kindly request lift padding from the Guard House if there is any risk of scratching or denting the lift interior.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Please do not overload the container once it reaches its maximum capacity.

Please be informed that the Gym room will be closed to facilitate repainting of the interior from 12 January 2026 till 14 January 2026.
The Washing Bay is scheduled to close for tiling of the wall to provide a cleaner environment from 12 January 2026 to 23 January 2026.

HDB will be commencing construction works for the new public housing development located at the juntion of Old airport Road and Jalan Enam. Construction works will be starting in Mar 2023 and is expected to be completed by Q4 2027.
Piling works is expected to take approximately 12months. Attached is the notice from HDB for the resident's reference please.
