The Management will be carrying out a housekeeping exercise to keep track of the bicycles parked at the basement car park. This exercise will also help to remove the rusted,discarded and abandoned bicycles parked in the basement currently. This exercise is being carried out with help from Singapore Police Force so that Residents can seek help from SPF should the bicycles be lost / stolen
The new online registration process is outlined below
Step 1 - Register Online
The online form is available under the forms section of the Dakota Residences portal (http://dakotaresidences.net/forms) or direct link below. Please complete all mandatory fields on the registration page and submit your entry for Managing Agent approval. Please register all the bicycles that belong to your family one by one

Step 2 - Email Approval
Once the Condo Manager reviews your registration he will verify the details and approve the entry You will be informed of the approval by email.
Step 3 - Collect Tags
On approval proceed to the management office to collect (1) a bicycle tag that will be issued for each bicycle registered. Kindly secure the tag to the front of your bicycle such that it is visible to the MA / Security for easy identification as a Dakota Residences bicycle.
You will also be given (2) sticker with an identification number from Singapore Police Force (SPF) that you will need to paste on a discreet spot of your bicycle. Ideally on the underside of the bar. The objective is that it is not easily visible, but if police want to identify the owner of a stolen bike, they can locate it on searching.
On completion of this exercise, a report of all the details together with the identification numbers will be provided to SPF for their records
Step 4 - Apply Tags
It is the responsibility of the resident to ensure that bicycle tags given have been applied to their bicycles. This will ensure that your bicycles will not be removed by mistake.

Please note that any bicycles found without the tags after XX September 2025 will be considered abandoned and will be removed without further notice.
Residents who are not registered with the Dakota Residences Portal may approach MA and get registered asap as we will start using the portal for all communications and registrations going forward
The Management has also noticed that there are bicycles parked at areas other than those designated for the parking of bicycles. This is not only unsightly but also a fire hazard. The newly painted lobbies also become very dirty with Tyre marks when bicycles are parked in the lobbies
To provide more parking areas for bicycles the management has installed ADDITIONAL bicycle racks in basement car park area to cater to all the lobbies. As there are more racks added to the existing ones, ample bicycle parking is made available for you to park your bicycles at the basement car park. Please Do NOT park your bicycles indiscriminately in the lift lobby common area, staircase landing or outside your apartment.

Dear Residents,
HDB will be commencing construction works for the new public housing development located at the juntion of Old airport Road and Jalan Enam. Construction works will be starting in Mar 2023 and is expected to be completed by Q4 2027.
Piling works is expected to take approximately 12months. Attached is the notice from HDB for the resident's reference please.
